Welcome

Hi, I’m Chris…

I am a teacher, artist, and craftsman working with both wood and wool. My work spans a variety of traditional craft disciplines, including:

• Marquetry (wood inlay)
• Woodcarving
• Letter carving
• Furniture making
• Carpet and rug weaving

Alongside my artistic work, I have spent many years in the corporate and academic worlds as a PMP project manager, IT manager, and university professor.

Today, I divide my time between Yerevan, Armenia, and Colorado, USA. I believe traditional crafts connect our heads, hearts, and hands, and I am passionate about sharing these skills so they may be preserved, practiced, and appreciated by future generations.
